1. Use of the App

Stackt provides AI-assisted product material lookup, pricing estimation, and related features. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App
• Abuse or misuse the AI lookup features

2. Subscription – Stackt Pro

Stackt offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Stackt Pro.

• Price: Displayed in-app at the time of purchase
• Features include:
  • Unlimited AI material lookups
  • Unlimited access to search history
  • Ongoing feature updates and improvements

Billing & Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3. Free Usage Limits

Certain features of the App may be available with limited free usage. These limits are subject to change at our discretion.

4. Restoration of Purchases

If you previously purchased Stackt Pro, you may restore your subscription using the Restore Purchases option within the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the property of DigitalMagicians Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that results generated by the App will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Use of the App and any information provided is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalMagicians Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
