This Privacy Policy explains how Insane Mine Train (the “Game”), developed by Digital Magicians Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you play on an iOS or Android device.

1. Information Stored on Your Device

The Game stores gameplay information locally on your device, including:

• High scores, distance traveled, collected gems, and gameplay progress
• Unlocked and equipped characters, mine carts, and preferences
• Purchase-entitlement and transaction-processing information needed to prevent duplicate rewards
• A temporary score-card image when you choose to share a high score

The Game does not require a Digital Magicians Studios account. We do not operate a gameplay server that receives or stores your high score, progress, or local save file.

2. Rewarded Advertising

The Game may offer optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. If you choose to view an advertisement, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your device identifiers, IP address, general location derived from your IP address, advertisement interactions, and diagnostic information. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies and your device or regional privacy choices.

3. In-App Purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information. The Game may receive product, purchase-status, and transaction-token information needed to deliver and restore purchased items and prevent duplicate fulfillment.

4. Sharing High Scores

The Game can create a score-card image and open your device’s sharing tools. Sharing is optional and only occurs when you initiate it. You choose the destination and content before posting. If you share to Facebook or join our Facebook group, Meta processes that activity under its own privacy policy. We do not automatically post your score or receive your Facebook login information.

5. Third-Party Services

The Game may interact with the following services:

• Google Privacy Policy — Google Play Billing and Google AdMob
• Apple Privacy Policy — App Store purchases and platform services
• Meta Privacy Policy — optional Facebook sharing and community participation

6. Children’s Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to us may contact us using the information below.

7. Data Choices and Deletion

• You can choose whether to watch rewarded advertisements or share a high score.
• You can manage advertising and privacy choices through your device settings.
• Uninstalling the Game removes locally stored gameplay data, subject to device backups.
• Purchase records maintained by Apple or Google are controlled through those services.

8. Security and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled by the Game. Locally stored gameplay data remains on your device until it is cleared, replaced, or removed with the Game. Third-party providers apply their own retention and security practices.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Game changes. The “Last updated” date above identifies the latest revision. Please review this page periodically.
